Job Description: The Spicer Mechanical Service Technician Will be responsible for Performing service calls, maintenance calls and various trouble shooting duties for our residential and multi family customers. From time-to-time Spicer Mechanical service technicians will also perform limited commercial service and maintenance calls. Spicer Mechanical’s work scope will cover HVAC, Boilers and Hydronic systems. The service technician will be expected to maintain up to date training and knowledge of all systems. The Service Technician will be expected to perform exceptional quality repairs and service in an efficient and effective manner. On the job and formal training will be provided to help learn new systems and maintenance protocols as needed. The Service Technician represents the company to each customer and is expected to provide high quality professional workmanship on each service call. The Service Technician will be expected to rotate through the on-call schedule with his peers and be available during the emergency on-call service time window on their allotted week/weekend. Depending on workload, the Service Technicians will provide help and support to our installs team(s) as needed.
